The Lumber Controller is used to set the types of lumber you use for construction.
e.g. code for roof purlins in your area may require #2400 or better whereas other
locales may be different. This application, like many others, is a USE ONCE utility.
You can go back to it, but you won't need this on a regular basis.
The Sheathing Controller is similar in design and purpose; the idea is to spec
what you use for underlayment for various types of siding materials you use.
